GTEC Aqua Board 2010 Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter: Lafarge Plasterboard Ltd, Marsh Lane, Easton in Gordano, Bristol BS20 0NF. Company Registration No 2163844 England. VAT Reg. No GB 238 5560 46
  2. To be eligible to enter, entrants must have purchased a Lafarge GTEC Aqua Board product or a GTEC Aqua range accessory in a single transaction from a Lafarge GTEC Aqua Board stockist during the Promotion Period
  3. A one off payment will be presented to the winner for the value of £4000 and no interest is payable.
  4. The prize may be changed to a prize of equal or higher value at anytime at the discretion of the Promoter without given notice.
  5. Entrants must provide a fully completed online or postal entry form in order to participate in this promotion.
  6. Proof of purchase must be provided in the form of a merchant invoice or merchant receipt number.
  7. Entry is open to residents of the UK aged 16 years or over on 1st March 2010 excluding employees of Lafarge Plasterboard Ltd, its affiliate companies or stockists of Lafarge GTEC Aqua Board products, their families, cohabitants, agents and anyone connected with the promotion.
  8. The Promoter will not accept any responsibility for lost, damaged or incomplete entry forms.
  9. This promotion starts on [1 March 2010] and all entries must be received by 11.59pm on 31st December 2010 (“the Promotion Period”).
  10. The prize draw will take place during January 2011. One winner will be chosen at random from all proper entries received by the closing date by an independent person whose decision shall be final.
  11. The winner will be notified by [31] January 2011 at the address given on the entry form.
  12. The name and country of the winner will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope marked [Aqua Board Prize Draw] to Lafarge Plasterboard Ltd, Marsh Lane, Easton in Gordano, Bristol, BS20 0NF.
  13. If the prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made by the Promoter to contact the winner then the Promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as he thinks fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.

  15. By entering the competition entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and that their names and countries of residence may be released if they win the prize.
  16. By entering the competition entrants agree to receive SMS, email and postal updates on Lafarge Plasterboard products and services which are considered to be of interest to them.   17. Employees must ensure that they have the permission of their employers to participate in this promotion.
  18. Any tax implications arising from the winning of a prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
  19. Texts to 60777 will be charged at your standard network rate and texts sent before or after the competition period will still be charged.
